Submit A Birth Announcement

Just have a baby, and want to share it with the world? We understand your excitement, and want to help you share the good news by publishing your announcement in the Penobscot Valley Explorer. And as a special baby shower gift from us, we’ll print your photo and up to 100 word announcement for free! Just fill out the fields below, attach your photo using the button below, and then click submit to send it our way.

Rates:
Photo and first 100 words : Free, with our congratulations!
Each additional word : $0.20

Deadlines:
Announcements will be published on the ExploringLincoln.com website as soon as they are reviewed and approved, but must be received by 5pm on Monday to appear in the Thursday edition of the paper. Announcements received after that deadline will be published the following week.
