If Mainers have any collective common sense they will once again officially reject the same sex marriage referendum in November.
The fact that it was already rejected previously, but that the homosexual agenda is back again attempting to get approval for what it wants, is proof enough of an agenda that is very much like hunger. When a creature is hungry it needs to feed to satisfy the hunger. The satisfaction,however, is only temporary until it is once again hungry for food.
The homosexual agenda will never be satisfied. It will continue to have an agenda for something new in its attempt to persuade/legally force an overwhelming heterosexual world population that a relatively small world-wide homosexual population (U.S. 1.7% of a 300 million total population) acting in public or behind closed doors as “husband and wife” is perfectly acceptable and not unnatural behavior. THERE IS NO CURE FOR HIV/AIDS which had its pandemic beginning in the United States about 1970. Approval of same-sex marriage is tantamount to approval of homosexual sexual behavior which is, of itself, one source of presently incurable HIV/AIDS. Reckless and careless sex will get a person (heterosexual or homosexual) what they deserve.

The Gay and Lesbian community just wants to be treated as equals, free from harassment, free from fear and the freedom to love and marry. These marriages will allow them to have the same legal rights and protections as heterosexual couples. In short, they wish to live in peace and be left alone to love whomever they wish. Now that’s an agenda.
